Redmond woman, 81, dies in car accident

Collision occurred on 97; victim was a passenger

An 81-year-old Redmond woman was killed in a two-car accident Friday at about 2:20 p.m. on Highway 97, according to Lt. Mike Kidwell with the Redmond Police Department.

The woman, whose identity has not been released, was riding in a GMC Suburban driven by her 85-year-old husband, Kidwell said.....
