Neck pain gave victim a fighting chance

Earlier this year, Helen Justice went to see her doctor about a stiff neck that just wouldn't go away. The MRI he ordered happened to catch the top of her lungs.

The scan showed a spot on her lungs that after further tests was identified as a cancerous mass.
