Ballots shouldn't mislead

It goes without saying that voters shouldn't be misled by their ballots, but a quirk in Oregon law allows just that to happen. The problem, unfortunately, isn't the sort of thing the courts can fix. The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals just shot down a challenge to the law brought by a Dundee man.....
