Builder has plans for trap club site

Proposal includes 180 homes in southeast Bend area

A Bend developer is planning to build 180 homes on the Bend Trap Club property in southeast Bend.

Representatives for Pennbrook Homes told city planners last week that they would like to build a mix of single-family houses, duplexes and lofts on the property.
