An issue that has not been addressed to the Unicel move up the hill is the impact on traffic down Mt. Washington Drive. We live on Clubhouse Drive, and the afternoon traffic is backed up the hill. The signal at Mt. Washington and 97 lets two, maybe three cars through. Summit Dr. is also impacted....
