Scramble aids junior golfers

A new golf tournament in Central Oregon to benefit local junior golf programs tees off at Lost Tracks Golf Course in Bend on Sept. 15.

The Uncle Milty Scramble, named for the late Milt Ploen, is a four-person scramble, best-ball tournament.
