Bend wakeboarder fourth at nationals

Teen qualifies for world championships

Robby Carter of Bend took fourth place out of 60 top wakeboarders at the World Wakeboarding Association National Championships in Pleasant Prairie, Wisc., Aug. 24-28.

Carter's performance earned him a trip to the Wakeboarding World Championships in Australia in October.
