Ater two years of dedication, lifelong Bend resident opens Cathy's Cleaners

Cathy Hill says it was an accident, really, that she ended up in the dry-cleaning business.

Hill was working at a retail job when the then-owner of cleaning giant Mirror Pond Cleaners and Shirt Laundry persuaded her to work for him. She didn't know a thing about the dry-cleaning industry.
