DMV photos will combat identity theft

Duplicates will be checked to catch people applying with multiple IDs

When you get your photo taken at the Oregon Department of Driver and Motor Vehicle Services, it soon will be scanned and compared to other existing licenses and state ID cards to help prevent ID theft.
