Viola M. (Osmundson) Pearson of Portland died July 29 of age-related causes. She was 80.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 1, at Oak Grove Methodist Church in Oak Grove.

Ms. Pearson was born Sept. 1, 1924, in Bend to Ole and Mabel Osmundson.....
