Commissioner uses same law firm representing electric company

A Measure 37 claim pitting Central Electric Cooperative against landowners fighting the proposed upgrade of an electric transmission line was postponed on Wednesday after an attorney questioned Deschutes County Commissioner Tom DeWolf's relationship to a law firm representing the utility.
