More low-income housing slated for Bend's east side

The Central Oregon Regional Housing Authority is renovating an apartment complex on Bend's east side for low-income families.

Named for Prospero's magical spirit servant in William Shakespeare's "The Tempest," the Ariel South apartments on Tempest Drive has 97 two-bedroom units.
