Demand on new garage to be heavy

With downtown facing shortage, many spaces spoken for in facility

Although much of the parking in the new Centennial Parking Plaza will replace existing spaces or be set aside for projects associated with the garage, downtown Bend will still gain several hundred new spaces when the facility opens next spring.
