County hires designer for RV park

Portland company awarded $120,000 contract to develop site plans

The Deschutes County Commission on Wednesday awarded a $120,000 contract to Portland-based David Evans and Associates for the design of a recreational vehicle park at the Deschutes County Fair & Expo Center.
