Crossing the Colorado Avenue Bridge on July 27, I saw the ambulances, police and fire crews again. Another river floater stuck in the spillway.

Let's show the world and the country just how forward-thinking and fun the people of Bend really are. Let's not regulate the fun out of our river.....
