Penalized schools improve

La Pine, Warm Springs institutions fulfill all 'No Child' requirements

After being penalized last year, two Central Oregon schools succeeded in meeting all the annual progress requirements under the federal No Child Left Behind education act, according to preliminary ratings released by the Oregon Department of Education on Thursday.
