Grass fire near Prineville closes Highway 126 briefly

PRINEVILLE - A 22-acre grass fire erupted on the north-side shoulder of Highway 126 near the Ochoco Viewpoint at Prineville's western entrance late Tuesday afternoon, forcing a highway closure that lasted at least a half-hour.
