Deschutes County Sheriff's deputies discovered one person dead and another critically injured in a home east of Bend Monday morning, after a 911 caller reported a domestic dispute.
Deputies received the 911 call just before 7 a.m. and arrived at the home - located on Cougar Trail east of Dodds....
