Hillsboro man dies jumping from bridge

A 26-year-old Hillsboro man died Thursday evening after diving head-first into the Little Deschutes River on Forest Service land south of Sunriver.

According to witnesses at the scene, Jeremy Ray Denny had jumped off one side of the General Patch Bridge and decided to dive off the other side....
