Pit bulls' owner scheduled to appear in court today in attack case

The Bend Police Department removed two pit bulls from a northeast Bend residence on Wednesday that allegedly attacked and killed a miniature dachshund earlier this month.

The dogs' owner, 23-year-old Sean Solesbee, of Bend, is scheduled to appear at an expedited hearing on the matter in Bend....
