Bend's Downs makes cut at Publinx

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Bend golfer Kailin Downs lost some ground on the leaders Tuesday, but she safely made the cut on the second and final day of stroke-play qualifying at the 2005 U.S. Women's Amateur Public Links Championship.
