KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Kailin Downs of Bend was one of 10 players to come in under par Monday and was tied for ninth place following the first day of stroke play at the 2005 U.S. Women's Amateur Public Links Championship. Downs shot a 1-under-par 70, which included a 3-under 32 on the front nine.....
