Young pedalers take over Old Mill

The cow bells were ringing and the rock'n'roll blaring as the bike racers roared around a corner Sunday in the Old Mill District, nervously looking over their shoulders at the competition.

Some broke into smiles as they crossed the finish line and a few cried, as a crew of beaming parents....
