No budget deal as House takes break

SALEM - The Legislature is still laboring to find agreement on a balanced budget and stacks of bills, but the Oregon House on Wednesday decided it's time to take a break.

In a party-line vote, the Republican-controlled chamber adjourned itself until Sunday at 5 p.m.
