The dog off-leash area located at the Shops at the Old Mill District moved across the street Tuesday, to the west side of Powerhouse Drive, according to Old Mill District spokeswoman Karen Ford.The fenced area will be open from 6 a.m. to dark daily.Managers decided to move the dog park in order....
