Court of Appeals rules against county, Lake Creek Lodge

The Oregon State Court of Appeals decided against Jefferson County and a Camp Sherman resort developer on Tuesday, ending a two-year legal battle over who can live at the Lake Creek Lodge and how much authority the county exercises to interpret its own laws.
