VOLUNTEER-BUILT KPOV-FM KICKS OFF FIRST BROADCAST WITH HOOPLA!

It's mid-afternoon on Tuesday, five days before KPOV 106.7 FM, Bend Community Radio, "The Point," is scheduled to officially begin broadcasting.
