OMAHA, Neb. - They knew it would end, eventually. But did it have to end like this?

The Oregon State Beavers' College World Series dreams were crushed by a blooper single on Monday in a 4-3 extra-inning loss to Baylor at sweltering Rosenblatt Stadium.
