Madras' last vendor pledges to keep his taco stand open

MADRAS - For years, taco vendors lined Highway 97 south of town, selling tacos and burritos out of school buses and vans.

Now Taco Express, housed in a white van, with advertisements for tacos and burritos painted on the outside, is the last taco cart in Madras.
