Opponents of Supercenter still heartened by decision

A recent loss by Wal-Mart before the state Land Use Board of Appeals will not likely have an effect on the company's application to build a Wal-Mart Supercenter in Bend.

Nevertheless, Wal-Mart opponents in Bend were pleased LUBA handed the company a loss.
