Low-cost clinic provides services for homeless cats

Since the Bend Spay and Neuter Project - a low-cost clinic in the area to provide services to homeless cats and low-income cat owners - became an official organization in January, the group has altered between 100 and 150 animals per month. And that number keeps growing.
