Two Bend sisters recently took top honors at the Oregon State Fiddle Championships.Miya Saito-Beckman, 10, won the junior-junior division (ages 9 to 12) and her sister Kiarra, 6, won the pee wee division (ages 8 and younger) at the championships, held May 20 and 21 at Chemeketa Community College....
