House OKs school funds

Budget is $105M less than Senate's proposal

SALEM - The school funding picture is starting to come into focus at the Capitol.

The Republican-controlled House passed a bill authorizing a $5.22 billion public schools budget, $105 million less than a K-12 budget proposal passed two weeks ago by the Democrat-controlled Senate.
