Bend-La Pine uncertain about pay-to-play fees

Proposal to increase fees would raise $30,000 for district

LA PINE - After hearing a proposal to slash pay-to-play fees in half, the Bend-La Pine School District budget committee came to no resolution on the fees Tuesday night.

The district has proposed raising the fees per sport for high school athletes from $130 to $140 next fall.
