Public welcome to attend Native American festival

Events at community college include art exhibit, lecture on Indian law, salmon and buffalo feast

The Native American Spring Festival, a weeklong slate of events recognizing and celebrating Native American heritage, will kick off Monday on the Central Oregon Community College campus in Bend.
