Incumbents win school races in Jefferson County

Both Jefferson County School Board members facing challengers Tuesday appeared to hang onto their seats, according to preliminary election returns.

In the district's closest race, incumbent Julie Quaid received 53 percent of votes and challenger Stacy Reed received 47 percent.
