Judge rules nine holes of golf course must reopen

Homeowners brought lawsuit against Mountain High developer Jan Ward

A Deschutes County Circuit Court judge ruled on Thursday that the developer of a subdivision has a legal obligation to restore nine holes of the adjacent Mountain High Golf Course and properly maintain it.
