Everyone from the elite to the watchers enjoys Pole Pedal Paddle day in Bend

Participants have at least four Ps to keep in mind Saturday: Pole Pedal Paddle and the physics that govern their every skate, spin and sprint down the mountain. Force equals mass times acceleration.

Spectators, on the other hand, have but one big P on which to focus: Party. Fun equals smiles....
