Summit High, Crook County High and Obsidian Middle schools' student councils earn top recognition by state association

Everyone at Summit High School gets a valentine on Valentine's Day.

Construction-paper hearts for every student, teacher and staff member appear around the school that day, so students can pen messages to each other, according to junior Sean Hansen.
