Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) crews will be working on the traffic signals at the intersection of Greenwood Avenue and Eighth Street in Bend today and Tuesday.
The signals will be off, and traffic will be controlled by flaggers. There will be minimal delays, according to ODOT.
