Let market handle biofuels

Some Oregon lawmakers, who apparently don't have enough to do, hope to mandate a decrease in the state's reliance on petroleum-based fuels. At least three bills before the Legislature would attack the problem in one way or another, while a simpler, cheaper and far more reasonable solution....
