ATVs One size does not fit all

Kyle Rabe died when the adult-size ATV he was riding tipped over. Consumer groups are trying to ban the sale of larger ATVs for use by children.

Kyle Rabe did everything the all-terrain vehicle safety experts said he should. He wore a helmet with a face shield, boots and goggles. He was fully trained in how to operate the vehicle. He wasn't carrying passengers or driving recklessly. Only Rabe, the 10-year-old son of Turner, Ore.,....
