Cowgirls take two from Bucks

PENDLETON - Crook County gained ground in the Intermountain Conference softball standings Saturday, sweeping a road doubleheader against Pendleton.

The Cowgirls (4-3 IMC, 8-3 overall) won the opener 2-1 when pitcher Billie Jean Siers worked out of a bases-loaded jam in the seventh inning.
