It would be easy for Jane Goodall to rest on her laurels. And she has plenty of them. The groundbreaking primatologist began studying chimpanzees along Tanzania's Lake Tanganyika in 1960 and made several discoveries that challenged long-held scientific beliefs about primate behavior.
