Central Oregonians have until the end of the day Friday to submit comments on a plan to thin trees on 2,722 acres of the Crescent Ranger District of the Deschutes National Forest.Thinning would take place in 97 stands of trees planted after older trees were logged, about 15 years ago.No trees....
