Bend mother violates probation by refusing to submit to drug test

A Bend mother, sentenced to three years' probation for feeding her newborn breast milk containing methamphetamine, violated the terms of her probation the same day she was sentenced.

She violated her probation by refusing to provide a court-ordered urine sample.
