Dutchman area is likely to be crowded

It's almost spring break time and the snow-pack is meager in the Central Oregon Cascades.

Which means that Dutchman Sno-park near Mount Bachelor will likely be extremely crowded over the next couple of weeks. Parking will be at a premium.
