Wal-Mart files plans for project

Supercenter to include outdoor sales area, provide 924 parking spaces

Wal-Mart delivered its application to build a Supercenter on the north side of Bend to the city's planning department just before 5 p.m. Wednesday. The mammoth application filled two file boxes and included three rolls of maps, architectural renderings and landscape designs.
