Bend city planners back adult bookstore's permit application

Bend city planners have recommended that Pleasure World, a new adult bookstore on Third Street, receive a permit to operate.

The issue now goes before Bruce White, a city hearings officer. The city has scheduled a public hearing for 7 p.m.Wednesday, March 9, at City Hall.
