Traffic along Highland Avenue/Highway 126 in Redmond will be shifted to the south side of the street between Southwest Rimrock Avenue and Southwest 17th Street the week of Feb. 28, as construction crews work to relocate water lines for the Highland-Glacier Couplet project.
